What do you carry in your bag for wedding emergencies?

I started this thread because I learned about pipe cleaners for cleaning off pollen, and thought, wow, what else do we carry "in case of" in our bags.

Edited for understanding...Pollen cleaned off clothing, or people!

RUNNING LIST OF ITEMS SUGGESTED SO FAR:
**be careful in giving medicines to anyone else other then youself, you can get into trouble for this!**
Pipe Cleaners to remove pollen from clothing or people
Wooden or Satin padded hangers for hanging the dress on for the dress shot
Dryer sheets - great for getting deodorant off of the clothing
Tissues
Antacids
Headache Tablets
Plasters
Safety Pins
Bobby Pins
Translucent Powder (several puffs for sanitary reasons)
Mirror
Cleaning wipes
Toys to give to small children to help them behave
Lens Cloth
Leatherman
Tap
Extra Garments
Food
Drink
Glue
A Bell - to get little ones attention, a pretty one so if they HAVE to hold it, it will look ok in the picture
eye drops
12 pair of dollar store sunglasses for bridal party to wear for picture
Tide to go Pen
White or Dark Garbage Bag for Bride to sit on
Pepto Bismal or Immodium
Clothes pins
hair pins
duct tape
gaffers tape
Nylons (new)
black, white and red bow ties for tuxes
tux buttons
hemming tape
zip lock baggies all sizes
saran wrap (saved table top in the rain)
spare pens
pencils
crayons
lots of batteries (had to replace the mike batts for the video weenie once he failed to prepare properly)
Super glue
hair spray
clean or new combs
hair clips
Tampons and pads
UMBRELLAS!!!
Cheese and cracker packets
bottled water
tea bags
preparation H (great for reducing zits)
first aid kits
3x5 cards
rubber bands
hack saw
double stick tape
garment tape
moist toweleltes
hand cleaner
rubber or nitrile gloves
c clamps
hand clamps and magic arm
sand bags
extra shirt/pants/shoes. You never know what will happen
sewing kit

Hey, Great idea...

and you are right, how they get those dresses to stay on those cheap metal or plastic hangers is besides me.

Lens cloth, leatherman, and tape are all useful items found in my case. It's amazing how many guests have needed to clean their glasses.

I've also had extra garments, food, diet coke, etc. in my car if necessary.

They sell white satin padded hangers for wedding gowns (as well as other colors). I think they are a good investment for the dress shots.


Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

I carry eye drops, bobby pins, sometimes glue, and a bell to get little ones attention, also it's a pretty bell so it doesn't ruin the shot if baby HAS to hold it...
