So, this was my last wedding before I am taking a break to have a baby. It was a beautiful but very simple wedding, early in the day. I prefer big fancy churches as it gives you so much more possibility for creativity and impressive shots, but we cant have it all, huh?
Unfortunately we didnt have enough time to do a session with the two of them as the bride decided that she wanted more family pics. I guess this was one of those weddings where I just didnt get any WOW shots.... but it was a lot of fun anyway. Very nice couple!

Ed (Lord_Malone) assisted me on this one again ... or should I say "The Oreo Team" was at work?.. hahaha

Here a ShowitWeb Show to summerize the event. I know its hard to C&C on a show but I would just like to get the overall impression.

P.S Yes, the cake indeed was about to fall ... at one point I suggested to the couple to do the cake cutting earlier because it was leaning more and more.. and they did hurry up :)

Wow, I think you did a great job. You handled the indoor lighting very well and I think you have a good eye for composition. For my tastes I think there was too much sepia though. I know that's the overall feel you were going for but personally I'd like to see a little more variety.

Edit: oh, and congrats on the baby. My wife & I are expecting in January. :)

I have all shots in color of course too... I am just still in love with that sepia tone :)

Congrats on your growing bundle of joy :)

Hey, it's all relative. Compared to this wedding, my last one would be called "hardly had anything". :) And, I was only given 2.5 hours for everything.

Mastery is found in scarceness. It is too easy to place a coupe in front of a castle in sunset and shoot away. Many WOW images out there are just about that, regretfully... Great shots, song4themoon. Atmosphere well captured and delivered.

I love the pictures of B&G after the ceremony, and I think they will treasure these as well.

You did a great job, so relax and good luck with your labor. :D

Cheers,

Great shots! I still haven't seen proof of LM - the Photobucket images are dead...

Ed, do you like using that Sto-fen? Just wondering if I should pick one up. When do you find the need for it?
