The reviews on dpreview (in my opinion) are the best available online for bodies (the lens reviews on photozone are quite objective and provide comparison charts which are good).
The forum layout on dpreview is easily the worst one there is, and I belong to six. The five others are all better than dpreview.
As noted by Shawn, the side by side comparisons are very useful.
The forums themselves are just the regular stuff, except occasionally someone like John Sheehy really gets into the technical aspects of sensors which I found very informative and useful (I now use ISO values of 160, 320, 640 with my 30D, and have checked the black noise level at various ISO's).
To view some really different or avant garde photography, photo.net and for superb flower and landscape photography, naturescapes.net.
