I found out that if you bring it there in person they get to it A lot sooner... If you mail it in it will take at least 3-5 days to even get checked in to the system..

I took my 70-200L in for calibration ,and she asked my if i needed it right away,I didn't so,she suggested I leave the XT body as well,which I did. In 5 days they called me ,and the lens was calibrated,body cleaned.. Great service..I strongly suggest this facility.
