Went to The NJ Canon Repair facility to drop off my 30D for my little Shutter Delay issue. I found out that if you bring it there in person they get to it A lot sooner... If you mail it in it will take at least 3-5 days to even get checked in to the system..

I went to the counter and showed the "Cute" woman behind the counter my issue, She took it to the back and they started to work on it!! Great service.. I should have it back soon, By 10-11-07 it should be mailed out to me..

Nice..

Yes,I agree..they are great and the girl at the counter is ---Not difficult to look at either.
I took my 70-200L in for calibration ,and she asked my if i needed it right away,I didn't so,she suggested I leave the XT body as well, which I did.
In 5 days they called me ,and the lens was calibrated, body cleaned..
Great service..I strongly suggest this facility.

Well, I think the solution is obvious. A couple of those members that live close by post their addresses and the rest of us send our repairs to them so that they can take it in to the counter.

Someone should take a picture of her, it's not like you guys don't have your camera with you. She just might be a little OOF.
