Canon 40D! It took me months to take the plunge. I currently am using the 20D. I watched and read all the reviews on the 5D, 30D, and Mark III. When I saw the 40D coming, there was just something about it. I tried to hold off and be happy and content with my 20D. I love my 20D. I went to best buy couple months ago and messed around with the 40D and I just wasn't to sure. After more and more reading & research and knowing with the kind of shooting I do a second body is just about a must, I went to a real camera store today and played with the 40D again. I shoot my 20D with the battery grip, so I had them put the grip on, and I absolutely fell in love. I was sold. This was the true upgrade in my opinion to the 20D. Well worth the money spent. I ran off with my new 40D and daughter to gymnastics tonight and WOW, I am extatic! Oh and I think the live view and 3" LCD display are phenomenal!!! Will post some pix with new 40D soon.
