Good luck with this. I think you're gonna get hosed.

Check their ratings out.

I got mine for $1029 and it works fine.

It did come straight from Canon though...

As far as the 1GB card goes, I feel that is pretty irrelevant. One could be had easily for about $10. In addtion to that you'll only get around 100 shots on it.

I hope it's all cool. I know that many people have bought gear without incident from ebay but I couldn't do it. It just rubs me the wrong way.

i bought a 300d body from cameta camera off of ebay. they are a legit brick and mortar that also sells on ebay.

i've bought a few lenses brand new and quite a few used lenses. several domke bags, several TCs, extension tubes, battery grips and plenty of accessories.

you've got to buy the seller FIRST no matter where you shop :D.

I take it you work for a Canon retailer.

I hope no one took my suggestion of purchasing from Bestpricecameras seriously. It’s pretty well know around POTN that these guys are master scam artists. I guess I should have included pages of smilies. ;)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Good one, RedHot.;)

Luckily, I wasn't drinking anything at my keyboard when I read your post, or I'd have spit all over it LOL.
