Anyone know where I can get this mini ball head? It comes with the Bogen Justin Spring Clamp.

My mistake on the link I provided above.

But I don't think that this Manfrotto 143S Flash Shoe would go with the 482 Micro Ballhead since both have a male 1/4"-20 screw. You would need some kind of adaptor inbetween.

The adapter is just a fancy "coupler" that is threaded all the way through so you can thread a 1/4-20 bolt or stud in from each end. Go to any hardware store, and ask for a "1/4-20 threaded rod coupler". It will be less than $1.00. It is a hex shaped cylinder about 1 inch long that is threaded all the way through. (It is too long for you, cut in in half to make it smaller!)

These are also made in 3/8-16 thread size, in case you are trying to screw it onto the larger stud size, and then you use a reducing threaded insert to bring the size down to 1/4-20 for the opposite end of the coupler.
