StefanA "The D is supposed to be where the S is!" More info | Oct 22, 2007 05:48 | #40 I have brought up the size rule before - actually only a couple of weeks ago and I basically got flamed for it. Yes, it's about the pictures. But what is the use of the rule if no-one follows it? Because no-one seems to care, my entry into this contest was over the size limit. It was just easier for me that way. But if someone posts a great shot and the size is 100p on the long size - that's too bad for them that no-one will be able to see it. 80D, Canon 17-55mm f/2.8, Canon 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6, Canon 50mm f/1.4, Canon 70-200mm F/4L,Tokina 11-16 f/2.8, Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6, Kenko 1.4 TC, Canon 580 exII Speedlite, ebay wireless trigger, Genesis 3 light kit

My image was within the dimensions but not file size, which was 118kb. Freelance Photos North Wales

The limit is set to POTN requirements. File size is limited to 100kB to store the image on the POTN server. Hosting the image myself should not require this limit. Mike, The Keeper of the Archive
