I just read this in the Washington Post today. Her exhibit is at the Corcoran Gallery of Art at 17th and New York Ave., NW in DC. Cost is $14 to get in and ends in Jan. I would love to see it and anyone wanting to meet me is invited. Just tell me what day is best. The museum is open during the day, but closed Tuesdays. I'd rather meet during the week, not the weekend.

Anyone who thinks she's not great doesn't have to come. I just like photo exhibits. :)

Same here. Can't do it, though. I'm not a traveler, and can't afford it anyway. Sounds like fun, though! :-)

It wouldn't be a date, more like meeting at the museum. :)

What if it became a Night at the Museum?

I met my wife at a museum...

Also, we saw the exhibition when it was at the Brooklyn Museum. Personally I think she's overrated, but it's worth a look.

Well, can you take a long lunch during the week? Mid-Nov. is best for me.

Mid November will be perfect, I won't be working then. So just let me know what day works for you.

They've got Ansel Adams as well, and running through Jan. 27 '08. I can't make it before Thanksgiving, but after that would work.

Just applied to Corcoran College of Art and Design. Went and talked with some of the Admissions people over the summer; it's rumored that Annie Leibovitz might speak about her work there.
