With a Sunrise like this it had to be a great morning! This is the first flock of Red breasted Mergansers I have seen on the Ocean this Fall

Between all the Butter Butts that are still coming through I found this Ruby crowned Kinglet - boy they are small!

As I was stalking the Warblers - this gal made a fly by (Northern Harrier).

Nice pictures. I really like that Kinglet shot.
I think the first would benefit from cropping the top closer to the horizon-- only my personal opinion.:)

Wonderful scene in that first image..very nice Harrier image and the Kinglet looks great...nice to see a bit of the crown on the tiniest of kings.

The Kinglet and Northern Harrier are very nice but I especially love the first image for the beautiful light and composition - Excellent work!:)

All great shots. Nice of the kinglet to turn her head just enough to show off the "ruby crown". Great light on the face of the harrier.
