Thanks Steve, Was fairly near to the Goose and at a low level - rattled off several shots when it was sqauking in the hope of getting one reasonable one.

Hi Mitch, Angle wing is a decease that effects water fowl and results in deformed wings which leaves the bird totally flightless. The root cause is reckoned to be overfeeding of things like bread. Oct 18, 2007 11:45 | #25 Great shots! Too bad about the goose's wing. I wonder if they can recover if fed a proper diet. Of course, if its wings are deformed and it can't fly, it's stuck at the pond and will likely continue eating bread and other people food. -Liz
