Help Please - Sunset Photo Focus but want advise on Filters.

I read a lot on here but seem to post very little - due to POTN giving such good advise.

This question I have read about but just want some personal guidance.

I am going to Fiji for Christmas to do some photography work (and the odd spot of diving).

Just have a look down at the sunset photos (esp IMG_4256)

I am looking to purchase some filters for this trip. Other than my Cir Pol.
ND, or sunset set (this is where I want the advise)
I used this as a good point of reference off a previous post.

My lens are:
Canon 75-300 (58mm)
28-80mm (58mm)
Tokina 12-24mm (77mm)

I basically want a idea of what people would take to match the two sizes of lenses?
I'm look towards a filter holder. Do I then just buy the two rings to match my size of lens?
I'm quite new to Filters - but I would really appreciate some help.
