Hi all
Have been browsing this forum for a couple of years now and decided like many its time to add my pennies worth and hope to gain some well needed advice.
My cousin is begining to start up a business in wedding photography and it’s a bit of a shock to her on what’s required to break in to this field. I can help answer or try to answer most of her questions.
But there is just one that will properly need a woman to answer.
The scenario is one some of you, maybe all have been there before.
During the reception the Groom and a few of his mates have consumed a little too much alcohol and request a few shots of them all together somewhere. For example, the grounds of the venue away from the rest of the party. It all goes fine until someone or all decide to expose their genitalia.
For me in the past I’ve taken the shot, made a joke that I really need a bigger lens to see anything and walk off laughing with them.
But she is concerned that it may get out of hand leading to a humiliating experience and not wanting to upset the bride and her family makes no complaint about it.
Have any Female photographers been in this scenario and if so how have you dealt with it?
Thanks for any advice given.
Darren
