Now that I have 2 new bodies, I would like to send my 20d in for some overdue TLC to either serve as 3rd body or sell. Where to send? How does one go about this? Where to send? Does the MACK warranty have anything to do with it? Does it cost much if anything. Does something have to be wrong with it to get it serviced by Mack? Anything else I should have asked or know?

Do you have a Mack Warranty? If so, there are probably specific terms of the warranty that you should go read.

What is wrong with the camera? Or do you just think it "needs" maintenance because it's been used a lot? Unless there's actually something wrong with its performance, I would not send it in for the sake of having someone look at it.

I bought it new and have a Mack Warranty. It is in great shape I think... I have just used the poor thing to death and whether I keep it or sell it would at least like to have it cleaned and what camera tuneup/evaluation is done before warranty expires. I love it and not pressed to sell it, but then again I have 2 new bods and want a 16-35 lens and a fisheye and start getting a light setup together. I will call them and see what they say.

Read your Mack Warranty. It's likely there's specific instructions that don't need to involve Canon since they are not warrantying it anymore.
