Over the weekend, not only did I get a survey in my email to answer, I also got a phone call from Canon, saying that they knew there was a problem, that problem was with the sub-mirror assembly, and as soon as they figured out how to get cameras in to get repaired, they would contact me...the person that left the message also acknowledged that I had called before...
I just got that email as well !!!!!
I'd sent mine in week before last and it came back, does ok in one shot (only done product shots) and it's great but I'm away in Ireland at weekend for the first round of the Supermoto Winter Series so will give it a whirl at weekend.
Hopefully, Canon UK will contact me and let me know one way or the other.
