A couple "lomo action" shots

i got this action from the raw/pp/printing forum, and tried it out on a couple images from a recent wedding. i don't think i'm really crazy about it in this context, and don't think i'd really show it to a client, but it can be nice on a portrait type photo.

whoa... I know lomo is high contrast but TOO much is blown out.

I agree with Lloyd. I've seen some lomo actions that have high contrast/cross processing and a vignette.

the action set includes one with vignette, there's 3 or 4 different actions. i agree with you both though, it's too blown out.

feels like there is a big giant spotlight lighting their wedding. :D
All the nice sculptures on the background lost their detail.

I really like the lomo action, but when you use it on an image with too many already light spots, it looks kinda funky. I like it better used on one like MrsOpie's

I have a lomo action that adds a cyan hue to the whites, and changes the reds as well as a slight vignette.
