Found this guy trying to eat at my bird feeder never seen one before.

Thanks that looks like it I have the the white breasted ones all over the place this little guy did not act like the other nuthatches. That's what threw me.

There seems to be a lot of them around this year. I had one visit my feeders for a few days. Nice shot, which I missed getting. :)

Yes that's the little red-breasted alright...nice shot...check out my recent one posted...Are you sick of nuthatches yet...., they seem to act differently than the other ones...steve

Cute little guy! I've had a male/female pair in my yard for a few weeks now and they LOVE peanuts! Sweet little birds, and very tame.

I have a ton of the white ones first red one for me and they do act different. Wish the focus was a bit better.
