Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

A little irony before I go to bed.

This little tomato was just picked (by me) in October a few days ago.

It tasted good too. :p

Good night!

Look at these - I made them small so not to take a lot of forum space, but I think you will get the picture:

Center Point AF - the bird was in the center the whole time - nice and sharp in the first shot, and OOF in the rest...

that's just crap, the 40D should be able to focus a lot better than that.

I'm really bummed. I pulled a total Belmondo this week.

I seem to have misplaced my 8GB card.:evil:

Permagrin wrote in post #4247710 (external link)
I didn't even know you used an 8gb...do you like it? Is it fast?

T.D. wrote in post #4247730 (external link)
I love it for the 5D. It is quite fast and holds a ton.

I have one 8 GB Extreme IV which I use in my 5D. I don't use in MK III because I found that once the card has 6GB on it speed is reduced drastically. So I am selling it with my 5D.

All this talk of kitty cats is a perfect lead in for me.:D. Some ten or so pages back I mentioned I was going to a theme park that had some tigers. They pare part of a captive breading program for Bengal and Sumatran tigers. This Tiger has an mixed parentage, White Bengal Father, Golden Bengal Mother. LOTS more to got through, almost 150 shots of the tigers as I came back through the Tiger exhibit about 4 times.

Oh, and you guys got some great shots from your outings also. Loved the hawks.
