Well, if the battery died, it might have happened even if he used sensor cleaning mode.

But, he was also using Dust-Aid? Isn't that a can of compressed air? Sounds like he was just asking for trouble all around...

Ha I saw that too! Supposedly the battery died and that is what caused the problem, but why would you do that without a full battery?!!

Why would you do it in bulb mode period?

I thought Dust-Aid was the sticky goop on the end of a stick.

No I know, I am not saying you would to cleaning. I was just pointing out that it was a dumb thing not to check the battery as well.

Hey Permie, what time does Puddle get home from school? I wanna go out and play.

And the weather looks like it's going to cooperate. Ankeny is great in afternoon light.

I don't know. He didn't say today. Holidays make a weird week for him but it does look like a nice day to play. I'll call him later and ask.

LOL I posted on Pete's thread like I'm sure I was expected to...but do you all realized I haven't been to starbucks in over 3 weeks?

I thought it was the brand name on the canned air we use at work. Maybe they both have the same name.

Or, maybe I'm just confused. Like that's never happened before...

I'll have to find a can tomorrow when I go back to work, and see.

I do believe that is the stuff...sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh...if you use sensor cleaning mode...it will give you an alert if you don't have a full battery...that might have saved some headache...not to mention making things a whole lot easier to do...why would you want to sit there holding down the shutter button? What happens when your finger cramps up??? More mashed shutters! Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh
