I had a hard time today...I don't know why. Maybe it's just that I'm out of practice. In any case I'm rather discouraged. I feel like I blew some killer opportunities. Well it's alot better than my ability to catch BIF.

You'll get back in practice -- and even rusty you blow me away. Every time I see what you guys find I want to get down to the Nisqually Refuge about 30 minutes south of here -- now I just need to find the time to do it. LOL David...she's not going to be home for thanksgiving...or we'd probably have one of those "don't make me hold you down and tickle you" moments. .. It's Permie's world, we just live in it! ~CDS

I'm sure the softness is because I'm not used to hauling the M3 and the 300, plus I was in a car that was running BUT ever since I've had the M3 I've had increase in CA (major frustration) and on animals (or small moving things) I loose time shooting because it's bouncing around in focus. I took over 150 kestral shots and only have a handful that are slightly in focus.

How did your tripod shots turn out? nothing was really close enough to check the focus accuracy...over all the landscape shots were fine. I'm just discouraged. It was a great day visually and a huge disappointment photography-wise. .. It's Permie's world, we just live in it! ~CDS
