well I've just been going over the shots...

I guess I can put the softness up to user error (every one of the kestral shots was at iso 640 f8 1/250 :rolleyes:) the hawk shots were 1/400 (on the fence) so I just made amateur mistakes.

Got the 500L back from Canon today, they replaced the entire IS system, I am happy so far, Canon Service was excellent
