Size was about 4 foot long. I used these folks... http://www.mybigposter.co.uk/ You can select an exact size for the print. They also allowed me upload my 250MB tiff file direct to them. Had it printed on their 260gsm photo paper. Came a few days later well protected in a decent tube. Got a local company to frame it. It's now on our lounge wall. 5Diii | 35/2IS | 100/2.8L | 300/4L

Did some minor adjustments in LR and the used PS to create the panorama. Use PS to put a border etc around it and decided to get it printed Size was about 4 foot long. A few recent posts (this being one of them) made me wonder -- with clouds, how does the software handle clouds being in different locations from shot to shot in a panorama?

Nov 05, 2013 10:34 | #2247 I always take photos in the opposite direction to the cloud movement. so if the clouds move say, to the left, i'll shoot to the right and vice versa.

It just over 4 foot long, about 52x18 inches. Everyone who sees it goes up and has a closer look... even me! 5Diii | 35/2IS | 100/2.8L | 300/4L

Take whatever needs framing in (regardless of size), choose from the vast array of wooden/metal frames they have samples of. You can have layered border as well if you like. They make the frame to the size required, put the glass in, seal the back and attach all the stuff needed for hanging. Collect it a week later.. and hang it straight on the wall. And here a quick picture of it on our lounge wall...
