I wouldn't say this is my "best" panorama as its the first one I've ever tried lol. There's definitely some issues with it but I was pretty happy with the result :).

When you are taking panos in the day time, are you adjusting exposure per each frame? I'm noticing wide exposure variances. And are you manually focusing? A lot of videos I've checked out kind of omit this information.

While I haven't done that many panos, I switch to Manual, get an overall sense of the lighting and then pick one spot to setup my exposure. I then scan thru the scene and make sure that I'm not more than +/-2 stops. I pick a spot to focus on, get the focus and then switch to MF. Then the shooting beings!

Does that jive with what everyone else is doing?
