I'm noticing wide exposure variances. And are you manually focusing? A lot of videos I've checked out kind of omit this information. While I haven't done that many panos, I switch to Manual, get an overall sense of the lighting and then pick one spot to setup my exposure. I then scan thru the scene and make sure that I'm not more than +/-2 stops. I pick a spot to focus on, get the focus and then switch to MF. Then the shooting beings! -- Trent
