It probably is but would be hard for me to know! It's private property that I pass everyday on my way home from the office. I've been wanting to shoot it for a long time, I'll probably shoot it again in the spring and fall when the leaves are going good! Thanks!

They are indeed! The Peak District has records of millstones being produced from as far back as the 13th Century - these were abandoned when white bread become popular, because it was a sign of wealth and Peak District millstones resulted in grey bread. Demand began to drop in 1850 as the use of French millstones increased, because it didn't turn the flour grey. There are hundreds, if not thousands, abandoned all over the Peak District. This is probably the best collection and there are dozens in this small area.
