This is awesome. I think my favorite of all your shots. In part probably because I have been high in the mountains quite a bit this winter, and this really conveys to me the feel of what it is like.

I feel like I should know where that is, but I'm stumped.

Thanks. This is near Westcliffe, so east side of Sangre de Cristos. That looks like Kit Carson back there, but I'm not sure where stuff is from that side of the range (I know all the peaks from the Great Sand Dunes side). My first time down there, at least with the idea of getting a photo.

This is just a simple 2 shot vertical panorama I took at the villages small nature reserve and pond. A lovely and peaceful little place

We only discovered the place a few weeks back and are looking forward to seeing it through the seasons with the frogs and toads. But we have only been here a few months now..

My ambition for a good while is to grow old disgracefully. So far my wife tells me that I am doing really well!

Cal Poly, Pomona campus was the perfect location to do an impromptu car shoot for my Model 3... I'll be better prepared, next time with my tripod... This 8 stitch pano was done hand held in the late afternoon... Canon 5DsR + 50L + Lee 0.6 Soft Edge GND Filter... ISO 200, f/8 @ 1/250sec in Manual Mode...

:)

Hi. My name is Butch...
