Nice bw shots JonWes. It looks like that first shot is from Switzerland? Oh how I love Europe :)... I need to become in love with the US so I dont waste as much money as I get old on plane tickets!

Thanks for that! And yes It's Luzern Switzerland and hold on to your penny's it's very very expensive over there. Only spent there one day there I wish I could stay longer...

The first photo is from Luzern in Switzerland.

Ah thats the city! I knew it was one of those, but I'll be honest I didn't go looking on google to see. I just remember seeing that on Rick Steeve's show about a year ago.

I'm originally from Texas. I can introduce you to thousands, literally. But of course, they've never been. ;)

Yes, I know it is sooo expensive. I was by myself when I was hiking the Alps and in Bern/Fribourg so I was able to eat a bit cheaper, but man its pricey there!

That's where I went to university. Had a blast. Could easily live there again.

biggeorge....something doesn't look right with that one. It's not exposed, the horizon isn't straight, and it's incredible soft.

I hiked a loop along this entire ridge that goes around Ruby Gulch, near Empire, Colorado. It's 11miles and 5,500ft of elevation gain. Scales 5 peaks from 13,000-13,640ft. Four photos taken with my 15-85mm IS and stitched with Hugin.

It's unfortunate there is a distinct color shift across the image - and that it's cropped a little too tight up top. This is a great landscape and offers a TON of interest to the eye.

A gradient overlay might correct the color issue quite honestly. As for the cropping issue, you're on your own! :)

Thanks Jeremy,

Ending up editing 2GB tif file in PS & LR, my PC took forever to do anything.

More work need to be done. But this one for now ;)

Color is much more consistent, IMO. The sky has some blotches and some detail issues here and there, but overall a good first edit.
