My Neice's wedding was yesterday. I was shooting the video, so I only had time to take about 5 pictures during the reception. I was able to grab the happy couple for 2 minutes and get them set up for a quick kiss/romance shot. Sadly, I did realize how dark his tux was, and when I underexposed by 1.5 stops to keep the lamp from being blown out I lost all detail in his tux.

Did you clone something out on the wall between their upper bodies? Looks a little messy right there.

Really nice shot.

As image editing is ok, I played a bit with a mask for darkening the environment and brightening the couple. Hope you like it.

If you shot RAW, maybe you can recover a bit of the tux by adding two layers to the image.

When I originally converted to B/W, I darkened their skin tones to make it appear a bit more "moody" or secluded. I think both edits look really nice, and it is a matter of personal preference more than anything.

I did shoot Raw, but there isn't anything I can recover. The RGB values for his tux is was a 1.0.0.

I did a bit of dodging/buring there. Looks like I didn't do a very good job.

How's this:
