It was also EXTREMELY windy!! so pictures where a bit of a challenge!! But I love those fall colours!! A bunch more can be seen on my BLOG!! (external link)

I can pretty confidently say that these are the best i have seen from You Toogy. I really love the whole set except maybe 13. That kind of shots are not really doing it for me but the rest is beautiful. Hard to pick the best, all grooms men pix are really cool, especially first one. Wow, what a bride !!!!!! 5,7 ..wow those huge beautiful eyes and i can tell she felt very comfortable with you being behing the camera. In 7 you have cut her elbow off but still this is remarkable portrait. Some great stuff. Nice way to end the season!

I really like these (as others have said). I love the concept of 3.

If I'm being picky I'm not a fan of 9 at all. I'm not really a fan of the "sun glass" shot but I think it's thrown off a bit more because the one groomsman doesn't have shades and everyone else does.

Fabulous work though.

I'm back, so here it goes!
1 - Absolutely LOVE this guy shot...one of the best I've seen. Everything just works in it.
2 - I like it
3 - very creative and cool
4 - very creative again, love the pink roses amongst the serious manly faces, lol
5 - LOVE the look on her face and the lighting, I wish she were more to the side of the frame, but still love it
6 - love everything about it except for her mouth
7 - beautiful DOF and lighting. I can tell you did some skin smoothing, but it's not too much
8 - very sassy and cute, love the colors
9 - very cool...not sure if I care that the one guy isn't wearing glasses, but it doesn't bother me
10 - awesome! I love that even though they're completely black, you can still see her happiness. love the light in her hair, too
11- the girl on the left looks COLD! and the groom looks like he was talking, but still a good group shot
12 - very cute!
13 - could use a vignette to hide the flashy-ness of the leaves on the bottom corners, but it's very beautiful!!
14 - cute, and I like how you can see her rings
15 - love the DOF and colors, although it's not the most flattering pose for her chin. He looks so happy, though
16 - WAY HOT!!

Really some of your best!! :)

dood!! nice work!

I also just shot a wedding for a cousin. It was nice shooting people I knew.

I wish we still had leaves on the trees here. They're all gone!! :(

I like 4. Did you set that up or did he just happen to look your way?

very nice pictures!! I have one question. When I take pictures they dont seem to have the pop as yours what type of post processing do you do? if you do any? what type of things do you play with curves? brightness contrast?

again very nice.

Thanks everyone for the nice compliments!! Thanks Jess for the individual critique!

Lloyd:
Number 4 was completely setup.

Jas: I use lightroom and usually bump up the black & contrast levels as well as mess around with all sorts of other things, but I almost always adjust the black & contrast for sure.
