HS Football - Night

This is the first time i've actually posted pictures here. I've done a couple games and I'm pretty happy with what I did considering it was only my first and second time doing this....

oh, please don't laugh when I say that I don't have a telephoto lens, for these games I used a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8....I'll be getting a 70-200 pretty soon so I'm excited because my pictures will look SO much better (I have to crop heavily).

1) Okay image, but not of actual play obviously

2) Little action, and the lack of a face hinders it.

3) Decent handoff image, but personally I'd like to see the RB in the frame.

4) Just a player standing around, and did you make the ground black and white?! Horizon is slightly off.

Game 2

1) Decent, but I can't spot the ball.

2) I'm not a fan of the distracting light coming down, and I wish I could see the WR's face.

3) I like it, might be a bit blurry but not too noticeable.

4) Weird crop, no action.

5) Probably the best of the set.

6) Decent, but not paticulary good either.

7) Slightly weird crop, wish his face was turned the other way. Good action.

8) No action, but fine for that type of shot.

All in all, I'd say your not horrible but still have a lot to learn.
