Oh boy am I slow at this compared to the rest of you. Do you ever sleep?

I wanna see Jeff cull 1600 photos in Nov. It takes me at least 4 hours to do it. I don't know how he does it in 1/2 hour.

Anyhow, really fun wedding. Had a bit of nerves (groom didn't seem too keen on photos) and I had never met the bride before the wedding day, but it all turned out to be fun. Entire wedding in downtown Calgary. Parked once and walked everywhere! I love settings like that!!

a. getting ready at the hotel

beautiful work Lloyd! My favorite is probably F, I love the sun flare and use of flash. What aperture did you use to get the sun to flare like that? I've played around but I've never caught it quite like that.

wow! lovely colors in all of these. I like #1 but the cross processing looks kind of blue. The last one is wonderful!! full of emotion.

Nice set of photos....

A. Beautiful capture... I love getting ready shots.
B. I love the pose and the wide shot including the chandelier. However, the guys legs seem super long.
C. This is a wonderful capture.. They seem so happy.
D. I love the starburst effect since I can't seem to acheive this same effect.
E. Beautiful location and shot.
F. I love it.. however, I notice that there are some dust spots on this picture that appears in D as well.
G. I love the colors.
H. Lovely table settings
I. Cute shot.
J. I love this shot the most. Did you back lit the couple since there seems to be a glow in their hair.

a few comments:
1) i like your use of a,b,c,d etc.
b) i think "d" sets some sort of world record for largest sun flare ever
3) your UWA style makes "b" look like a shot for the guiness book of world records' tallest men in the universe.
4c) amazing work as always

b. Great image, love the wide angle.
c. Love it.

f. Kinda cool. Not really grabbing me.
g. Cool.
h. Nice.
i. Cute :)
j. Very nice, great catch of emotion.

That would be 0.8 seconds per image...

Great series, but the second picture made me laugh. See the relation of length legs to the rest of the body. :) Quite a wide angle shot from the bottom to get such a perspective.

Lovely job man!! Love them all! really. The only one I'm not feeling completely is the second one, their legs look SUPER long!

Really loving the last image, I love how the little bits of dust are lit up in the air, awesome! I assume there was an off-camera flash behind them?

In B, they do loook like VanDykes on steroids. I would probably run a barrel distortion correction and see what I could do with that one because I really like the shot otherwise.

I also really like your sepia/fudge/chocolate/whatever they're calling it now conversions. My favourite shot is the last one - great emotion.
