Sending lens to repair center, is there a difference in quality and or time of repair? Do not like my baby to be away from home for long. Thanks.

They're both good - Jersey's closer, I'd think but the difference in shipping time will be minimal (unless you send it by ground).

I live like 10 minutes from there. I'm wondering if I can just drop it off.

I live about 15min from their Irvine service center. I have dropped all of my stuff more than once. They usually have it/them ready in 2-3 biz days. Make sure if you drop. Tell them not to ship it/them and that you will pick it/them up.

Sensor cleaning is free and it takes about 30m-2hours.
