I like the downstream pools and rocks, so I left them in - along with the little waterfall under the tree on the left. Too bad they weren't running the mill. Water on the wheel would have been fantastic! Nice picture. Pretorious Member 55 posts Joined Dec 2006 More info | Cool shot! This old place is always a favorite. It would have been nice if the stream was rushing with water but we can't have it all. Still as it is I like your image very much. I went there in May and shot every possible angle I could find. A few are in my gallery's. I figured then it would be a great place to shoot in autumn. There is more behind the picture than the wall!

kenyc Cream of the Crop More info | Oct 24, 2007 05:25 | #9 Great composition and colors, but seems a bit faded/bright. I think I'd bump up the saturation and contrast a bit and turn down the brightness a bit. Oh and fix the vertical/horizon. Kenny A. Chaffin
