I went to school to get a degree in graphic design but I found that the market was flooded and there was a lot of competition.

It's ironic that you should choose photography, then!? :D

yes man we finally got the internet,,, you should come for a visit and you will be able to ride a camel and live in a tent in the middle of the desert by the pyramids like all Egyptians do.... oh man you will enjoy... and you might be lucky and have a swim in the nile.

Wow, that would be quite different from Canada! If you come from the US and drive North, at one point, you'll hit a wall of snow. That is where Canada begins. You have to abandon your car there. Dog sleighs and igloos are all you'll see from there. Large cities are very large igloos where many Eskimos live. Because it's overcrowed with Eskimos living in a small section of land, there are many dog-sleigh jams. It's quite annoying, especially in the morning and evening rushes. Plus there is all that pollution. You know, dogs, well, sometimes they just have to go! For example, Vancouver is getting a bit of a yellow reputation... But hey! It's all good. Now if we could only stop the global warming... Our Capital National Igloo is melting! If you only saw how many air-conditioning machines are required to slow down the melting, it's incredible!

When I got married, my wedding photos sucked, and he used only a 6mp Digital Rebel.
I said, I can do that. so I bought the camera and started learning.

My objective is to produce better pictures than my wedding photos / have fun/ and make money.

I started doing b/w photography since high school. I was not too into it before but my best friend was so into it so photography is the only thing we do whenever we hang out...lol.
And one day my uncle lost his assistant the day before a wedding, and thats how I started... :)

Long story:
1. Not a clue about photog (1997).
2. My honeymoon picture all dark and bad
3. Went to my ex-boss's wife's funeral, saw all the pictures of their happy time.
4. Decided not to let a pin-hole box defeat my IQ.
5. First do travel pic of my own.
6. Went to a wedding as guest, take a few snap shots (film). Not a clue what I was doing back then.
7. Found out my 'snap shots' been displayed at the B/G's living room.
8. Take the step into the big deep black hole....
9. sinking deeper and deeper....
:-)
