Tev doesn't have an assigned dinner night yet, he mostly helps out.
He makes killer mac and cheese, and makes the best blueberry muffins. :D :D

I grew up on frozen pizza, yogurt, and butter and bread sandwiches with Frito's on them. It was sort of criminal.

We've been going over to the rehab most night after I pick eli up from school. He shows his grandfather his homework (did it with him last night) and reads to him then goes and gets his dinner with my mom. Dad doesn't like to eat in the dining room, too much commotion for him. Eli is dying to eat dinner over there and my dad says the food is pretty average, I think it just seems so thrilling to him...funny what kids think is exciting.

Butter and bread fritos?? Got to be a sin.

The husband of a friend of mine happened to mention to my kids that if you take a banana, and dip it in milk, then roll it in crushed Pringles, it will be the best thing you'll ever eat.

The boys have been dying to try it ever since, but I just can't bring myself to let them try it.

Isn't it though? Glad to hear your Dad is doing well. I'm glad he has you. ;)

We can sometimes learn from a kid.

So glad to hear you dad is progressing well.

I'm tired of this PP. Just can't seem to get into it very much tonight. So I'm shutting it down, taking the last of the laundry, for the week, upstairs to fold, then it is off to bed.

You all be safe, catch you later.

Yeah, but it sure sounds like you learned well enough on your own. I'd love to sample your cooking one day. ;)

I would love to cook for you some day:D

I am so glad he is improving. I have learned that a break for everyone is very important. Illness can be just as hard on care givers as the patient.

We just found out a friend with brain cancer lost the ability to speak. It is very sad and she must be so scared. I can't imagine how her husband is doing.:(
