We eat leftover rice with milk, sugar and cinnamon. Does that count? (The more courageous in the family also add raisins.)

Here's a salad for you. SO delicious.

green apples, chopped
celery, chopped
dried cranberries
chopped almonds
good salad greens

Mix all together with a GOOD Balsamic vinaigrette.

FANTASTIC. really. I could eat one every day. My boys LOVE it.

(You could also go with grapes and pineapple instead of apples and cranberries...very delicious too)
