when I had it when I was young it had the consistency of tomato soup, creamy and nicely seasoned...the thought of it makes my mouth water.

I'm not usually a big fan of pumpkin...had some pumpkin squares...kind of a cross between a cookie and cake...those things were outrageously good...and addicting.

These had cream cheese in with the pumpkin too. I wish I had the recipe...but it probably is just as good that I don't...all the ones I found online had either nuts or rolled oats in it...these had neither

I could probably get the recipe from my mom if you want it I know she doesn't use nuts or oats in hers.
