Did you make it from scratch or did you find it somewhere? I've never found good pumpkin soup...at least not since my stepmother made it when I was a kid.

Bought it.

I just can't imagine what that would taste like  Can someone enlighten me?

Um, it tastes like pumpkin.;):p

when I had it when I was young it had the consistency of tomato soup, creamy and nicely seasoned...the thought of it makes my mouth water.

I'm not usually a big fan of pumpkin...had some pumpkin squares...kind of a cross between a cookie and cake...those things were outrageously good...and addicting.

mmmmmmmmm...my mom makes those and tops them with a decadent cream cheese frosting....

How is it seasoned? Comparative to a pumpkin pie? Or more like a baked squash?

Fruit in a salad? Pickle soup? Pumpkin soup?

Sounds like it's time for me to run to the bathroom and throw up, then try to get some sleep...

These had cream cheese in with the pumpkin too. I wish I had the recipe...but it probably is just as good that I don't...all the ones I found online had either nuts or rolled oats in it...these had neither

I could probably get the recipe from my mom if you want it :) I know she doesn't use nuts or oats in hers.
