It's something artistic, isn't it? If he had his full patterned shirt, then he'd take attention away from the focus of that panel (the broken door).

I've seen the same technique used by Stan Lee many times...

Yeah! That's it! Artistic license, not that I forgot to ink it in because I was in a hurry... :o;)

I just got railroaded in to a Board of Directors position for the Alabama Regeion of SCCA

Congratulations, I think? Should offer up some awsome photo ops though, I hope.

mmm hmmm, ever buy that big tube o' dough from the grocery and sat around eating it and giggling maniacally with your girl friends. mmm hmmm

short5 wrote in post #4311901 (external link)
I have seen said behavior first hand. A girl on cookie dough is a volatile and unpredictable thing.

It's not the cookie dough, its what they had before that made them crave cookie dough from a tube....not that I know from personal experience or anything.

And, just for Sis. Here's me and the girls:

Lonnie, is your shirt navy?

All your soup and salad talk last night sounded yummy. I would love to try the dill pickle soup.

Did you know canned pumpkin isn't really pie pumpkin but those white pumpkins that are really more of a squash? Of course pumpkin is really a squash but pie pumpkins have a lot more flavor.

Catch you later.

That was 85% of the idea. Hopefully it will get me "in" at Barber, and I can get credentials for some of the professional stuff by "getting to know" Heather. You know what they say, "it's not how well you shoot, it's who you know."

Okay, I HAVE NOT done anything with popcorn...or bananas with sunflowers...but I do like peanut butter on my cheeseburgers.

For some reason peanut butter on a hamburger always reminds me of that one segment of the Twilight Zone movie.

Someone I knew would dip McDonalds nuggets in soft-serve ice cream. I don't do anything really weird with my food, really, except Tabasco on eggs and hash browns.. and a bit in New England clam chowder. But, that's all... At least its not ketchup on steak (pheh)

Fruit in a salad? Pickle soup? Pumpkin soup?

Mmm, Butternut squash soup is quite tasty, too. I imagine that's what pumpkin soup must taste like.

Speaking of pumpkin... Anyone ever have pumpkin ice cream?

Lonnie!! I like the pic and I LOVE the bald head it definitely becomes you.

Thanks. I like the look too, though I think it actually requires more maintenance than when I had hair. I'm saving money on the shampoo I no longer need, but I'm spending it on sun block and razor blades.

Nope. It isn't supposed to be, anyway. It's black with pink text.

If that's weird, then I think weird is the norm. They don't put Tabasco on the tables at breakfast buffets for no reason. I put that stuff (or some kinda hot sauce) on half the stuff I eat!

And ketchup on steak is inexcusable!

What kind of cravings did you have when you were pregnant with him? My mother told me she ate a lot of Mexican food while carrying me. I think that must be why I love hot, spicy foods so much. The hotter, the better! I could almost drink Dave's Inanity Sauce...

Hehe, if that's the case my boy will be addicted to hot, spicy foods. My wife is a Mexican food addict, doubly so when she was pregnant...

I have a bottle in my fridge (one of about two dozen bottles on my "hot sauce" shelf). Good stuff. I've heard of their garlic Tabasco, but haven't been able to find it in the store yet. I think I may have to order that from their web site. It sounds yummy!
