I haven't had a lot of time to shoot yet, but I did take my 6 month old border collie (Tex) to the lake. I am heading to the mountains this weekend. I can't wait to get some good use out of my XT. The colors this time a year should be spectacular.

jm4ever Goldmember  More info | Oct 25, 2007 04:47 | #2 Congrats on the new camera. I have the same camera and and lens as you and find I can get some shots with this combo. The kit lens does get slammed around here a lot but if you stop it down to around f8 you'll get some surprisingly good shots.
