I don't know exactly how to explain this, but I once saw an image where the photographer had the first model hold a large blank frame, then the second model hold a smaller one, and the third hold an even smaller one.

In post processing, he edited the three images together, placing the subsequent subjects inside the frames they were holding. He even finished it with the framed photo of the family pet. It was the coolest thing ever!

I would really like to know how to do this. Could someone fill me in?

Thanks!

It's seperate images of each person holding the frames. Then you copy out the person from the second image and paste them into the first image with the large frame. Then resize the copied image so it fits inside the large frame.

Continue on the same fashion with the third image and then finally put the pet in the last frame.

Uses layers, custom selections and the transform tool to resize the images in Photoshop.

Aw, I got it, move tool, then free transform, and hold down Ctrl to edit the edges for a perfect fit. Love it, thanks!!!
