Something interesting from the web. Take a look at the reasons and explain the cheese, please.

And to keep this photography related, would you be in the wrong to take a picture of a sleepwalker if they were in the nude. They have no reasonable expectation of privacy, after all.

Why would they not have a reasonable expectation of privacy? They think they are fully dressed.

I can't see how they'd have the expectation either. Granted, if they are recognizable in the photo, you'll need a model release to publish the photos in a non-editorial fashion. I guess backside shots would be the most marketable unless there's a convenient palm blocking their face.

Runny cheese makes you walk? I can see that.

Is there really a market for bum shots?? Maybe I'm naive but who in the world wants to look at people's butts? We wear pants for a good reason, lol.

I'm sure there's a humorous greeting card in there somewhere.

Wait, I mean in the concept, not the bum.

If the model is not recognizable, the greeting card can use the photo without a release. Just be sure to TELL the greeting card company that there is no release. You have no control over how it is used. You should be in the clear if you do not misrepresent the photo.

Of course, it may be difficult to get the "money shots," as the staff is to be equipped with towels to cover all the sensitive bits in case of just such an occasion.

Hopefully staff would be busy covering the fronts, and with people the size they are nowadays I don't think a hotel towel will cover the back too. ;)

I would think a person would have an expectation of privacy only the first time they walk in ther sleep in the nude, whether or not they are seen.

After that, they should be wearing pajamas.
