Sigma 8mm f/3.5 fisheye?

Anyone have this lens that can provide some feedback? I am wondering if it is worth the extra $ over the Peleng 8mm.

I think it's a safe bet you'll get a sharper lens with a better flare resistance, plus you get autofocus (not such a big deal at 8mm) and auto aperture.

Oddly, the image circle is not quite the same size. If you are using an APS-C body, the slightly larger image of the Peleng means less cropping to get the full rectangular image, but if you're on FF you'll prefer the Sigma, because the circle fits entirely within the 35mm frame, which the Peleng does not quite.

But if you are on APS-C and are thinking of the Sigma, you might as well look at the Tokina 10-17mm fish-eye zoom, which performs well and requires no cropping, therefore using all your expensive pixels.
