My brother is really into bears and I was going to give this to him as a gift for a b-day. I am looking for any suggestions on how to improve it asap.

good shot i think you could maybe check levels and darken a little but obviously not lose detail in the fur

i upped the levels and pulled the darks down a tinge and brought the lights up a snarf in curves

Still like the original's old-fashioned feel compared to the contrasty edit.

I like the original, but I would take out the little blur in the lower left corner....nice shot..steve
