Good review - nice balance between dpr technical review and LL subjective stuff. None of which make it any easier NOT to buy a 40D!

Good review that one. I like mine a lot Al but not sure it's worth the upgrade over your 30D. keep yer money pal ;-)a The new features are good but i know I won't use them. Feels nice to use and a tad better build IMO than the 30D.

I picked up the 40D yesterday.

This review would certainly suggest I made the right choice...

I have the 30D and the 40D and for my use the 40D is well worth the upgrade.

And I knew I would never use live view. Well, now it's one of my favorite features
