Ok... so I must start with a few disclaimers :D:

First of all, I did check to make sure that someone else hadn't already started something like this and found nothing. However... I could have missed something and if so, then I humbly apologize.

Secondly... along the same lines: I had no idea where to put anything like this. It's not really a competition, discussion, or only about "People" for that matter but I decided to post it here because my shots that I'm starting with have people in them. (I know... I'm an idiot :D)

And last, but not least... I am relatively new to this photog forum world and fear that a post like this might be over stepping my bounds, better left for some of the vets. So if I have broken some unspoken rule of cool - then again... I humbly apologize.

Now that all that's out of the way... without further ado:

I have a special love for blurry pictures... not soft... straight up blurry. They seem to carry so much emotion and they force my brain to fill in the details. Consequently, they have the ability to draw me in even deeper than some super sharp images I've made over the years.

AND I have a sneaky suspicion that you have great blurry pictures too. Here's few "examples" of what I'm talking about. Post your great blurry pics and lets trump those "resolution" gurus with our creativity
:D

Many, if not most National Geographic pictures of people are not tack sharp and/or have Motion blur. This is a good idea for a thread, although I have nothing to contribute.

Cool pics. I know I've got a few in one of my hard drives. Gotta see if I can find 'em.

hey Jeni... I just checked out your pic again. Was that done with a lens baby? motion blur? camera movement? Really interesting shot!

Shot this last Christmas... Used it for something and added the caption. But I like it... Gives that sense of children's excitement to me. CC welcome
