What Crapness?
I think they are gr8
I like your use of foreground elements, and I like the varied processing techniques you have used.
I'll try to be critical.

1 Is missing a subject.
My eyes wander, but apart from the flower front left, I don't know what to concentrate on.
2. Seems a little soft.
3. I quite like. I like how the curve of the land is reflected in the clouds.
4. The tree (Subject) is very centred.
5. I like the use of the rock in the foreground
6. I like how the lines lead you into the picture.
7. I also find interesting cause of the testures & patterns in it.
8. Is also pretty cool.

I like the way you get down low,it emphasises the foreground and as an ex kiwi it's good to see those images

3 would deffo be on my wall.

ss - 1,2,3,4 and 6 stand out for me, I particularly like the moodiness of 4 and 5

I critique based on what I see and how it makes me feel. Do they make me leap out of my chair and want to go there.

1) A stock photo
2) To close and dark
3) and 4) Dont like the PP too blue. Grass is green
5 So its a rock
6) A rock face with muted colours
7) Has potential
8 - Again so what

So I am not moved to go and have a look.

Side note. Auckland has only 1 area for WOW landscapes and its the west coast.
The rest of the region has this tidal murking brown look. May look ok to our eyes but on film its crap.
The Waitak ranges is the same.

Dont worry I have the same amount of luck with the same area.

Really love the first and the third

I think the second one is losing, because of the focus on the background - my eye is drawn to the blurry foreground.

Keep up the great work from those 3 lens

You said honest critique so here goes...

These are some of your more heavyweight photos I've seen you post, and by that I mean it's obvious you've made an effort to do these. And for that applause is due. The PP work is IMO exemplorary, which is basically what I'd expect from a lady of your talents. However I'm really not sure any of the photos (bar one) are actually any good. It's as though you've gone out and taken a bunch of shots of stuff you know makes good landscapes but failed to ask yourself if this particular example of those things were worth it. There's no 'reason' or strong 'subject' and they're all a little vague, for me, personally. They'd all make excellent picture postcard shots and no doubt sell a [Bleep] load, but you by now know my thoughts on picture postcards...

I do, however, really quite like number three. It's a bit ethereal. And it's as though you've put some of you back in there, I feel like I'm getting something back from the photo more than sugar sweet smiles.

Good stuff, harsh critique, as you asked for, keep going, this seems a good move in the right direction for you.

1, 4 and 7 are spectacular for me... probably only number 2 (focus) and 3 (looks like a safari without any animals) I don't like.

It may be you who needs to go away and consider.I liked the shots and as i said i'm an ex kiwi,they are nice.If you feel a bit masochistic please correct me on the spelling.
