mc3smith Hatchling 2 posts Joined Oct 2007 More info | Oct 29, 2007 11:30 | #1 I am finally giving up my fim camera for a digital. Right now I am looking into either a 40d or a 5d. Can any one tell me in a nutshell what the big differences are. I am using the camera both for family photos and kids sporting events but also like to take portraits and a few wedding/engagement photos. I mainly take candids even for portraits and weddings so I don't like to set my subject up with lights ect.
