Shot taken of my son on holiday recently.

I agree, the blues are nice and vivid but its a bit on the cool side.
Try selecting just his face with magic wand and selection brush (be careful not to get eyes or teeth or BG in the selection), then do another layer at 15% opacity and a dark brown and color the upper layer. That should warm up his face while still keeping those pretty blues vivid. Or turn on Image Editing and I can show ya...I do so much better with showing than telling.

Thanks for the comments folks. Turned on the image editing option TSEE if you would like to show me your editing skills on this one I would appreciate it very much.

I was thinking something like this...play around with the color if ya want...I used color code: a0783e, the darker didn't look good and I didn't want to go too light obviously. I used the magic wand and selection brush to select just his skin on his face and neck, don't include the eyes or mouth or hair or clothing etc in that selection, just skin.
Then new layer, 15% opacity, color that layer with the selection still showing with a0783e.
Then I dodged the eyes a bit since with the new selection they seemed just a tad dark.
That's just me tho, play around, there's suppose to be another way to add warm tones I just don't think I can do it with Elements.
