So I called Sony about my 60GB HD HandyCam because the speaker on it broke (Does not work at all). and the HD seems to shut off more easily since I got it with vibrations.....

Talked to indian guy for an hour and then he tells me itll be $129 (ive had it for 11 months, still under warrenty). And then I ask why and he says that that is for labor, The SONY warrenty only covers 3 months of labor and one year of parts. I talked to his boss and got them to take it down to $64.50....

Do you think that is a good price to send it back and have it all fixed before its out of warrenty?

Gosh...I dunno. Seems like a fair price, but still scamish. For the cost of those things, you'd think they come with a year.

Sorry you are having issues. I LOVE my sony Handicam.

Cindy-wife to Chris, Mom to 7! Gramma/Nana/Grammy to 6 lovelies! Canon 70D owner...trying hard to learn to use it.
