I got it once the other day and just ignored it, hoping it was a fluke or my imagination. Saw it intermittently today, so it's definitely there. 
Unfortunately I can't send it in for service because I'm leaving for Alaska in less than two weeks! Hopefully it will perform well enough there and then I can get a firmware/hardware update and get this thing fixed. Haven't had a chance to test the AI Servo focus, that will happen in Alaska so I'll know soon enough.
