Some users have complained of front or back focus issues. However, I have had no issues with my 40D, in fact I'm thrilled with mine. If you want to see some member thoughts on front or back focusing look at this thread. Paul

Color is better - more 3D to my eye and highlight priority works great. I could just be wishing this, but again subjective. Custom functions (which was I like on my G7) are great as the customizable menu. Resolution over a 20D, mmm negligible. It's there but doesn't hit you over the head. Focus is faster and better than the 20D no comparison. dmstraton

There are several people that are disappointed. The common complaint is front or back focusing. Doubleshot Photography

You will love it. I played with my friends 40D and he loves it. I played with high ISO on that thing and it's very impressive compared to the 20D/30D. Some will argue it isn't much of a big deal but if you pixel peep, don't let that bug ya too much. =)

Oct 31, 2007 19:48 | #15 Thanks for all your help.I really made a quick decision on buying the 40D i seen it at bestbuy and played around with it and i liked how it felt over my Xti but im just worryied about it cause my Xti was my prime and i grew real big with that camera and when i started useing manual mode i liked it even more. What im worried about with this camera is is it going to focus better then my Xti is going to have good colors or are they going to be to saturated and im worryied about the lcd.
